The DoD FMR format is improving one chapter at a time. All chapters within this volume are reformatted and consolidated into a single PDF file. Improvements:

• Navigation:
  • Chapter headings and main sections are bookmarked for easy navigation using the Adobe Acrobat bookmark panel displayed to the left of the page.
  • The Table of Contents is another option. Simply click on any item listed in the Table of Contents to "jump" to that section.
• Search:
  • Looking for specific information? Conduct an automated word-search across the entire volume.
  • No need to open individual chapter files.

Each volume will be posted as completed. In the near future, the entire DoD FMR will be available in a single file with the same navigation options and automated search capability.

NOTE: Users with links to FMR chapters or saved as "Favorites" should redirect their links to the FMR volume level or the FMR home page.
